Estimates work like invoices: client, line items, tax, currency and an expiry date. Send emails the PDF from your mailbox, or use Mark as sent if you share it another way. Starter includes 50 estimates; Professional has no limit.

2Accepted or declined
When the client replies, mark the estimate Accepted or Declined.
3Turn it into an invoice
Convert to invoice copies the client, items and currency into a new draft invoice and links the two. You can also convert several accepted estimates at once, merge them into a single invoice, or link an estimate to an invoice you already made. Accepted estimates that have no invoice yet are listed so none are forgotten.
