How Invollc works

Getting started

Set up your company Company details, invoice numbering, default currency and the payment details printed on every invoice. What Invollc does and does not do A plain list of features, with the ones we do not have yet. Read this before you choose Invollc.

Invoices and estimates

Create and send invoices Line items, tax, discounts, any currency, PDF, email with read tracking, reminders and voiding. Estimates and turning them into invoices Send an estimate, mark it accepted or declined, and convert it into an invoice in one click.

Getting paid

Let clients pay by card with your Stripe account Clients pay on the invoice page. The money goes to your own Stripe account and the invoice is marked paid. Import payments from Mercury Connect Mercury with a read-only token. Incoming payments are imported every 30 minutes. Import charges from an existing Stripe account Already take payments with Stripe? Import those charges with a restricted read-only key. How payments are matched to invoices The exact rules for automatic matching, plus manual matching, partial payments and how to undo a match.

Records and reports

Currencies and exchange rates Invoice in any currency. Each invoice also stores its value in USD at the ECB rate of the issue date.
