1Company details
Go to Settings → Company and fill in your LLC's legal name, address, EIN and logo. These appear on every invoice and estimate PDF. If you also bill as a private person in your home country, you can add those details too and keep a separate set of personal invoices.
2Invoice numbering
Pick a prefix (for example INV) and the next number. Invollc increases it on every new invoice and can restart the count each year. Personal invoices have their own prefix and their own sequence, so the two never mix. A client can also have a custom numbering if they ask you to use theirs.
3Payment details
In Settings → Payment methods add how clients can pay you: bank details (for example your Mercury account), a Wise, Revolut or PayPal handle that becomes a pay link, Payoneer, or any payment link. You choose which ones print on each invoice. To take card payments directly on the invoice, see card payments with Stripe.
4Sending from your email
Invoices and estimates are emailed from your own mailbox, so replies come back to you. In Settings → Email enter the SMTP details of your email provider and send a test message. Until this is set, you can still download the PDF or share the invoice link yourself.
