1Who it is for
Invollc is invoicing and record keeping for people who live outside the US and run a US LLC: freelancers, consultants, agencies and small software businesses. It is not a full accounting system. It covers invoices, getting paid, matching payments and the yearly Form 5472 records, and it hands clean exports to your accountant.

3Not available
These are things Invollc does not do today. If one of them is a must for you, a full accounting suite is a better fit, or use Invollc next to it.
- General ledger and journals. No double-entry bookkeeping, chart of accounts, journal reversals or period locks.
- Recurring invoices. There is no automatic schedule yet. You create each invoice yourself.
- Team roles. One login per account. There are no user permissions to restrict what a colleague can do.
- AI features. Matching is rule based and the rules are published here. Nothing is decided by an AI model.
- Automatic reminders. You send reminders yourself with one click. Overdue invoices are flagged on the dashboard.
- Tax filing. Invollc prepares records. It does not file Form 5472, Form 1120 or any other return, and it is not tax advice.
4Good fit, bad fit
A good fit when
- You live outside the US, own a US LLC and bill clients in several currencies.
- You bank with Mercury or take payments with Stripe and want payments matched to invoices.
- Your accountant asks every year for Form 5472 numbers and you want them ready.
Look elsewhere when
- You need full double-entry accounting, payroll or inventory.
- Several people need separate logins with different permissions.
