1Connect Mercury
- In Mercury, open Settings → API tokens and create a read-only token.
- In Invollc, go to Settings → Integrations → Mercury, paste the token and click Connect.
- The first import brings in the last 90 days. After that Invollc checks every 30 minutes. You can also click Sync now.
2What gets imported
Incoming money on all your Mercury accounts: amount, currency, date, the payer's name and the transfer reference. Each one becomes a payment in Payments and goes through matching. Re-running a sync never creates duplicates: every Mercury transaction is stored once, by its Mercury id.
3What is skipped
Money that is not a client paying you: transfers between your own Mercury accounts, Treasury movements, and credits from Mercury itself such as cashback or IO card autopay. Anything else you don't want, click Ignore and it disappears from the list and from matching.
4Token security
A read-only token can see transactions but cannot move money. Invollc stores it encrypted and only uses it to read transactions. You can revoke it in Mercury at any time, or click Disconnect in Invollc. More on how we protect data.
