Open Reports in the menu. Every report is in USD and covers the LLC only: personal invoices and expenses are left out. Amounts in other currencies use the European Central Bank rate of their date, as explained in currencies.
1Profit and loss
Income minus expenses for the period you pick (this year, last year, the last 12 months, this quarter or your own dates), month by month or quarter by quarter, with expenses by category and the margin.
| Option | Income counts |
|---|---|
| Invoiced | Invoices on the day you issued them, paid or not, minus credit notes on their date. |
| Received | Money that reached the LLC, on the day it arrived. |
Download it as a PDF to send to your accountant, or as CSV. It is a management report, not a tax return.
2Unpaid invoices by age
What clients still owe, grouped as not due yet, 1-30, 31-60, 61-90 and over 90 days late, with the list of invoices behind each total. Payments and credit notes are already subtracted.
3Clients and vendors
Clients: for each client, how much you invoiced, how much they paid, what is still open, how many days they take to pay on average and how many invoices they paid late. Vendors: where the LLC's money goes, by vendor, with the number of expenses and the last one. Both export to CSV.
4Year-end pack
Pick a year and click Year-end pack. You get one ZIP with:
- the profit and loss PDF and the Form 5472 pack PDF;
- CSV files of invoices, payments and expenses;
- a PDF of every invoice and credit note issued that year;
- every receipt attached to an expense, named by date and vendor.
The pack prepares records for your accountant. Invollc does not file any return and does not give tax advice.
